SEAToday.com, Jakarta - TransJakarta meresmikan 22 bus listrik, Kamis (23/11) di Depo Bus Bianglala Metropolitan, Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan. Peresmian tersebut turut dihadiri oleh Kepala Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta Syafrin Liputo, Direktur Utama PT TransJakarta Welfizon Yuza, Kasubdit Gakkum Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Jhoni Eka Putra, beserta pihak manajemen PT Bianglala Metropolitan.

Direktur Utama PT TransJakarta Welfizon Yuza menjelaskan bahwa 22 unit bus listrik ini menambah armada bus listrik menjadi 74 unit. Jumlah tersebut semakin mendekati target armada bus listrik sejumlah 100 unit. Hal menarik lainnya dari 22 unit bus listrik ini adalah waktu pengisian daya yang hanya berdurasi 2 jam. Bus ini beroperasi hingga 17 jam, tepatnya dari pukul 5 pagi sampai 11 malam.
