BMKG: Dinamika Atmosfer Jadi Penyebab Suhu Jakarta Panas di Musim Hujan
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Beberapa hari terakhir, sejumlah wilayah di Indonesia, termasuk Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi (Jabodetabek) mengalami peningkatan suhu dan cuaca panas. Padahal, bulan Desember seharusnya memasuki periode musim penghujan.
Deputi Bidang Meteorologi Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) Guswanto menjelaskan, kondisi ini dipengaruhi oleh dinamika atmosfer. Fenomena ini berpengaruh pada peningkatan curah hujan lebih terkonsentrasi di Pulau Jawa bagian tengah dan timur, sementara di Pulau Jawa bagian barat tidak terlalu signifikan.
Selain itu, cuaca panas yang terjadi di wilayah Pulau Jawa juga disebabkan kondisi El Nino moderat, yang menyebabkan wilayah Jawa atau Indonesia bagian selatan tidak terdapat tutupan awan. Diperkirakan, cuaca panas di wilayah Jabodetabek masih akan berlangsung hingga akhir Desember 2023.
