DonnaJean Wilde Pecahkan Rekor Dunia Push Up Terbanyak dalam Satu Jam
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Seorang perempuan berusia 59 tahun asal Kanada, DonnaJean Wilde, berhasil memecahkan rekor dunia push up terbanyak dalam satu jam dengan jumlah 1.575 kali. Rekor tersebut dilakukan pada Sabtu (28/9), namun Guinness World Records secara resmi mengakui rekor tersebut pada November ini. Hal tersebut diunggah di Instagram (@guinnessworldrecords), Kamis (21/11).
Wilde, yang juga merupakan seorang none atas 12 cucunya mengaku, untuk memecahkan rekor push up terbanyak tersebut, ia harus melakukan latihan sebanyak 500 push up sehari.
Diketahui, sebelumnya Wilde pernah mencatatkan rekor dunia untuk plank perut yang dilakukan selama 4 jam 30 menit dan 11 detik.
