Karyawan Garuda Indonesia Tidak Diperbolehkan Gunakan Jatah Fasilitas Tiket Selama Libur Natal dan Tahun Baru
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Direktur Utama PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Irfan Setiaputra melarang karyawannya menggunakan jatah fasilitas tiket gratis atau diskon pesawat selama 18 Desember 2023 sampai 8 Januari 2024, Senin (4/12). Hal itu untuk memaksimalkan tingkat okupansi pesawat untuk masyarakat dan memaksimalkan pendapatan perusahaan, mengingat meningkatnya volume penumpang selama libur Natal 2023 dan Tahun Baru 2024 (Nataru).
Keputusan pelarangan penggunaan fasilitas karyawan berupa tiket pesawat gratis ini sempat mendapatkan keberatan dari serikat pekerja Garuda Indonesia. Akan tetapi, para karyawan masih diperbolehkan menggunakan fasilitas tiket pesawat gratis tersebut di tanggal-tanggal selain yang ditentukan.
Sebagai informasi, setiap karyawan Garuda Indonesia mendapatkan jatah tiket gratis atau diskon pesawat dari perusahaan sebagai fasilitas pegawai yang bisa dipergunakan untuk karyawan dan keluarga mereka.
